Shelly Oberoi Wiki: Shelly Oberoi is an Indian politician and a well-respected academic who has done well in both fields. After winning the Delhi MCD elections from Ward 86 in East Patel Nagar in 2022, she became the Mayor of Delhi in February 2023. Shelly was born in Delhi in 1983. She got her bachelor’s degree in business at Janki Devi Memorial College in Delhi and then her master’s degree in business at Himachal Pradesh University.
